The dealer that you purchased your rehabilitation equipment from is your administrator for all warranty and service needs. Your first step is to contact your dealer.

 

If you are out of warranty and/or you can no longer contact your dealer, you may purchase replacement parts directly from Spirit Medical Systems Group by calling 870-336-2039.

 

In order to better assist you, please provide the model and serial number for your rehabilitation equipment as well as your name, phone number, your dealer name and a brief description of the problem.

 

To keep your model looking new and operating at its highest optimum performance use a soft, damp cloth or paper towel to wipe your rehab bikes or treadmill down and keep clean. Additionally, for your treadmill it is important to wipe down the edge of the belt and the area between the belt edge and the frame on your treadmill. This should be done once a month to extend the belt and deck life. Keeping the area beneath your treadmill vacuumed is also important. Once a year you should remove the motor cover hood to your treadmill and vacuum dirt and dust that may have accumulated. A mild soap and water solution along with a nylon scrub brush will clean the top of the textured belt. Allow to dry before using.
